FCCSTRENGTH is a program of Family Chiropractic Center which focuses specifically on the development of Strength, Conditioning, and Mobility.  Sessions are conducted individually or in a small group setting.  Program design and supervision is done by Tre Mitsui, a Certified Athletic Trainer who collaborate frequently with Dr. Adrian to discuss goal-setting, strategy, and pertinent history.

Sessions are 30 minutes long, followed immediately by stretching and follow-up goals.

Exercises emphasize HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) which uses body weight as a resistance source, and MINIMAL use of equipment during training.  Participants of FCCStrength learn to be creative with their equipment and routines in order to develop balance and mobility as a foundation for athletic performance and activities of daily living.

Today, Manny continues to assist others with an emphatic motivation to gain strength, move better, and move without pain in order to exercise and participate in recreational activities.

FCCSTRENGTH is...

  • Low-Impact, High-Intensity.

  • Programmed for balancing muscle GROUPS, not just muscle isolation.

  • 30 minutes of supervised training and rehabilitation activity.

  • For children and adults.  (Our oldest client is 90 years old!)

  • Ideal for high functioning athletes looking for something challenging.

  • Individual and group sessions available.

"Getting the most out of your training routine isn't always about having equipment.  It's about maximizing your time and your creativity with the tools you already have."

-Dr. Adrian
