Family Chiropractic Center of South Pasadena has collected HUNDREDS of your success stories over the years, and we are glad to share them with you.

"The great thing about Dr. Adrian and Dr. Christine (aside from the fact that they are just the kindest people ever and that Dr. Adrian tried out for American Gladiators!) is that they treat the problem of back pain not as an "easy fix" in which adjustments are the only answer.  They teach their patients how to strengthen their muscles so they are not relying solely on manipulation to feel better."

-Brianna (Yelp 2008)

"Having been treated by Doctors Adrian and Christine, I can say they are both knowledgable, forthright, and decisive in their treatment approach."

-Kay (Yelp 2014)

"I'm grateful they let me bring my son with me when I just can't get a sitter and again,  I don't know many offices that would do that.  Thank you FCCSP."

-Marcela (Yelp 2012)

"Dr. Christine was the first person to offer me actual solutions and not just pain management. What they are doing for me has produced the most results I've had in 5 years and for the first time in a very long time, I feel hopeful."

-Alisa (Yelp 2013)

How to do the "Centuries"

One of the fundemental exercises we teach is called the "Centuries", named for the 4 parts that is performed 25 repetitions each part, adding up to 100 reps, or a 'century'.

Helpful Tips...

  • Keep your eyes above the HORIZON LINE throughout the movements.

  • Keep your feet pointing forward, about your shoulder's width apart.

  • Keep your palms down on the squat, and twist all the way out on the pull for PART 1.

  • Perform 25 reps for each part, using rubber band tension that is appropriate for your skill level.
